Sujet

Background: Ribulose-phosphate 3-epimerase is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the RPE gene. RPE catalyzes the reversible epimerization of D-ribulose 5- phosphate to D-xylulose 5-phosphate. This gene is belongs to the ribulose-phosphate 3-epimerase family. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.
Gene Full Name: ribulose-5-phosphate-3-epimerase
