RUNX1 is a eukaryotic gene and the protein encoded by this gene is a transcription factor associated with M2 AML, a type of leukemia. It belongs to the Runt-related transcription factor (RUNX) family of genes which are also called core binding factor-alpha (CBFalpha). RUNX proteins form a heterodimeric complex with CBFbeta which confers increased DNA binding and stability to the complex. Synonyms: Monoclonal RUNX1 antibody, Anti-RUNX1 antibody, Runt-related transcription factor 1 antibody, AML1 antibody, CBFA2 antibody, EVI-1 antibody, AMLCR1 antibody, PEBP2aB antibody, AML1-EVI-1 antibody.
