  • Indications d'application

Application Note: Anti-ATPase Na+ K+ has been assayed against 1.0 μg of ATPase, Sodium, Potassium in a standard ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Chicken IgG [H&L] (Rabbit) code #603-4302 and (ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthia-zoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.  A working dilution of 1:1,000 to 1:6,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

    Western Blot Dilution: 1:500 - 1:5,000

    Immunoprecipitation Dilution: 1:100

    ELISA Dilution: 1:5,000 - 1:20,000

    Sujet

Background: Sodium/potassium-transporting ATPase subunit alpha-1 is the catalytic component of the active enzyme, which catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the exchange of sodium and potassium ions across the plasma membrane. This action creates the electrochemical gradient of sodium and potassium ions, providing the energy for active transport of various nutrients.
