Specificité: This antibody detects an ~22kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of phosphorylated alpha-B-crystallin on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from mouse, rat, bovine, canine, porcine and sheep. There is no reactivity with non-phosphorylated alpha B-crystallin. This antibody may cross react with beta crystallin.
