  • Indications d'application
    Immunofluorescence: 10-20 ug/mL.
    Flow cytometry: 1-5 ug/10^6 cells.
    Immunoblotting: 1-5 ug/mL.
Immunohistochemistry: 10-20 ug/mL on frozen or formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections using avidin-biotin system.
This product was not quality controlled in flow cytometry.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen cryostat sections as well as formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation is buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 10-20 ug/mL in IHC. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory. When using paraffin-embedded and formalin-fixed tissues, high temperature antigenic unmasking technique (see instructions below) is strongly recommended for consistent and reproducible results This antibody can be used on frozen cryostat sections as well as formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections.
