Sujet
- The Centromere protein J (Centrosomal P4.1-associated protein) (LAG-3-associated protein) (LYSTinteracting protein 1)may play an important role in cell division and centrosome function. The CENPJ inhibits microtubule nucleation from the centrosome. It is associated with the gamma-tubulin complex and interacts with the head domain of EPB41 and LYST.
