Specificité: This antibody reacts with CD98, a heterodimer containing a disulfide-linked glycosyalyted heavy chain and a nonglycosylated light chain. The heavy chain - a type II integral membrane protein - conatains a 50-81 amino acid NH2- terminal cytoplasmic domain, a large extracellular domain, and a single transmembrane sequence. CD 98 can be detected on activated B cells and monocytes.

Purification: Concentrated.

Immunogène: Human leucocytes.

Isotype: IgM

Indications d'application: Immunohistochemistry: 1:50 on frozen tissue sections
Flow cytometry: 1:100-1:200.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen tissue sections. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:50-1:100 in IHC. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory.
