Specificité
- Broad spectrum phosphatase inhibitor cocktail that inhibits dephosphorylation of tyrosine and ser/thr linked phosphate groups. Inhibits alkaline and acid phosphatases, as well as calcium dependent phosphatases. Provided as a 100X aqueous solution, 5 mL volume. Convenient to use. Add directly to cell lysates.
