    Fonction

Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control Fluorescein Conjugated

    Réactivité croisée (Details)

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Mouse IgG1 and anti-Mouse Serum. Isotyping assay resulted the material is non-reactive with antisera to mouse IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, IgM, and IgA. Fluorescein Conjugated Mouse IgG1 was proven by Dot Blot.

    Attributs du produit

fluorescein conjugated Mouse IgG1 isotype control, Mouse IgG1 subclass isotype control FITC conjugation

    Purification

This product has been prepared from normal mouse serum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antibodies coupled to agarose beads.  Extensive cross-adsorbtion was performed to remove any unwanted subclasses. This product was prepared from normal serum by delipidation, salt fractionation, ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above.

    Sujet

Background: Isotype control Mouse IgG1 is important for Flow Cytometry. Mouse IgG1 control has no specificity for target cells within a particular experiment. Their purpose is to confirm the specificity of primary antibody binding that it is not a result of non-specific Fc receptor binding to cells or other cellular protein interactions. Isotype controls need to be matched to the specific primary Abs (species and isotype, including heavy and light chains) being used.
