Commentaires:

Recombinant protein standards are generated in duplicate from 15.6 ng - 1000 ng and assayed in the kit according to the protocol listed in the manual. For lot 08810001, a developing time of 10 minutes generated the protein standard curve in Figure 1. The linear range of this lot was plotted in Figure 2. These results are provided for demonstration only. The linear range may vary depending on the developing time used and should be calculated each time a standard curve is run.
