Information d'application

Indications d'application: Useful in Sandwich ELISA for Quantitative Detection of Antigen. Aliquot 0.1 mL per well of the 2000pg/mL, 1000pg/mL, 500pg/mL, 250pg/mL, 125pg/mL, 62.5pg/mL, 31.2pg/mL human CCL27 standard solutions into the precoated 96-well plate. Add 0.1 mL of the sample diluent buffer into the control well (Zero well). Add 0.1 mL of each properly diluted sample of human cell culture supernates, serum or plasma(heparin, EDTA) to each empty well. It is recommended that each human CCL27 standard solution and each sample be measured in duplicate.

Background: Chemokine(C-C motif) ligand 27(CCL27) is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family, it is also known under the names IL-11 R-alpha-locus chemokine(ILC), Skinkine, ESkine and Cutaneous T-cell-attracting chemokine(CTACK). This gene is mapped to 9p13.3. CCL27 is associated with homing of memory T lymphocytes to the skin, and plays a role in T cell-mediated inflammation of the skin. CCL27 is expressed in numerous tissues, including gonads, thymus, placenta and skin. It elicits its chemotactic effects by binding to the chemokine receptor CCR10.
