Background: Lhcbm5 is one of minor LHCII that associates with PSI in state-2
Additional information: This antibody cross-reacts with three major LHCII proteins of Chlamydomonas, which are slightly smaller than Lhcam5 on SDS-gel. 6M urea SDS-PAGE is one of the best systems that separate Lhcbm5 and the other major LHCII proteins. The dilution of the antibody should be carefully determined to reduce the cross-reactions with other major LHCII proteins, we recommend for this purpose to use the dilution of 1: 10 000- 1: 50 000This product can be sold containing ProClin in requested.
