Blocking Peptide (BP), Western Blotting (WB), Immunocytochemistry (ICC)
Attributs du produit
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-CENPM antibody (Catalog #: ARP46323_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Sujet
The centromere is a specialized chromatin domain, present throughout the cell cycle, that acts as a platform on which the transient assembly of the kinetochore occurs during mitosis. All active centromeres are characterized by the presence of long arrays of nucleosomes in which CENPA replaces histone H3. CENPM is an additional factor required for centromere assembly. The centromere is a specialized chromatin domain, present throughout the cell cycle, that acts as a platform on which the transient assembly of the kinetochore occurs during mitosis.
