Attributs du produit
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-EXT2 antibody (Catalog #: ARP44277_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Sujet
EXT2 is one of two glycosyltransferases involved in the chain elongation step of heparan sulfate biosynthesis. This gene encodes one of two glycosyltransferases involved in the chain elongation step of heparan sulfate biosynthesis. Mutations in this gene cause the type II form of multiple exostoses. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been noted for this gene.
