Attributs du produit
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-FFAR1 antibody (Catalog #: AVARP08008_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Sujet
FFAR1 is receptor for medium and long chain saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. It binding of the ligand increase intracellular calcium concentration and amplify glucose-stimulated insulin secretion. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G-proteins that activate phospholipase C.
