Attributs du produit
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-TXNDC4 antibody (Catalog #: ARP58726_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Sujet
TXNDC4 mediates thiol-dependent retention in the early secretory pathway, forming mixed disulfides with substrate proteins through its conserved CRFS motif. TXNDC4 inhibits the calcium channel activity of ITPR1. TXNDC4 may have a role in the control of oxidative protein folding in the endoplasmic reticulum. TXNDC4 is required to retain ERO1L and ERO1LB in the endoplasmic reticulum.
