Attributs du produit: The HMGB2 protein is the natural protein, with no tags or additional amino acids. The sequence of this product is that of Homo sapiens. It contains only trace amounts of LPS (<0.4 ng/mg protein) and it is tested for the ability to induce fibroblast migration. This product has been tested for activity in a cell migration assay. Maximal activity in the cell migration assay is obtained at 1 nM, or 25 ng/ml.

Purification: Purified. To avoid cysteine oxidation DTT 0.5 mM is added during protein purification.
