Indications d'application: Suitable to promote the adhesion and propagation of cells in vitro when used to coat cell culture surfaces, including plasticware, glassware and microcarrier beads. After spin and opening of the vial, completely thaw the tube at 37ºC without agitation, flicking or mixing, then gently mix the contents with a pipette. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
