Recombinant 2019-nCoV Spike S trimer protein is a protein consisting of the S1+S2 subunits amino acid residues. The protein has a theoretical MW of 140kDa,however due to glycosylation migrates as an approximately 200 kDa protein on reduced SDS-PAGE.
