Indications d'application: Application Note: Anti-Chicken IgG F(c) Antibody has been tested in ELISA and Western Blot. Anti-Chicken IgG F(c) Antibody has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Chicken IgG in a standard capture ELISA using TMB as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.  A working dilution of 1:5,000 to 1:20,000 is suggested for this product. It is also suitable in IHC. Immunohistochemistry Dilution: 1:500 - 1:2,500 Western Blot Dilution: 1:1,000 - 1:10,000 ELISA Dilution: 1:10,000 - 1:50,000 Other: User Optimized
