Indications d'application: Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electronmicroscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody basedenzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/10,000-1/50,000. Western blot: 1/1,000-1/5,000.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Stockage

Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 mL of deionized water or equivalent.

Concentration: 1.0 mg/mL

Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, with 10 mg/mL BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01 % (w/v) Thimerisol as preservative.

Agent conservateur: Thimerosal (Merthiolate)

Stockage commentaire: Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. This product is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below.
