Indications d'application: Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry aswell as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lotconsistency. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Ferret IgM in astandard capture ELISA using pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:1,000 to 1:2,500 of the reconstitutionconcentration is suggested for this product.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Stockage

Concentration: 1.0 mg/mL

Buffer: 0.05 M Tris Chloride, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, 0.005 M Magnesium Chloride, 0.0005 M Zinc Chloride, 50 % (v/v) Glycerol, pH 8.0 with 10 mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01 % (w/v) sodium azide as preservative.
