Indications d'application: Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot) (1/1,000-1/5,000), ELISA (1/10,000-1/50,000), Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistryas well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lotconsistency.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Restrictions: For Research Use only

Stockage

Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).

Concentration: 1.0 mg/mL

Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 10 mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01 % (w/v) Thimerisol as preservative.

Agent conservateur: Thimerosal (Merthiolate)

Stockage commentaire: Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50 % and then aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below. This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
