Indications d'application: Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry aswell as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lotconsistency. This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Horse IgG in a standardcapture ELISA using pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate for 30 minutes at roomtemperature. A working dilution of 1:6,000 to 1:30,000 of the reconstitution concentrationis suggested for this product.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Concentration: 1.0 mg/mL

Buffer: 0.05 M Tris Chloride, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, 0.005 M Magnesium Chloride, 0.0005 M Zinc Chloride, 50 % (v/v) Glycerol, pH 8.0, with 10 mg/mL BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01 % (w/v) sodium azide as preservative.
