Stockage

Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).

Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 containing 0.01 % (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative and 10 mg/mL BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer.

Stockage commentaire: Store vial at 4 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage reconstitute product with 50 % glycerol instead of water and then aliquot contents and freeze at -24 °C or below. This antibody is stable for one month at 2-4 °C as an undiluted liquid.
