Indications d'application: Suitable for Immunomicroscopy and Flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as otherantibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. The maximumamount of reagent required to stain 1 x 10^6 cells in flow cytometry is approximately 1.0 gof antibody conjugate. Lesser amounts of reagent may be sufficient for staining. Recommended dilutions: Flow cytometry: 1:100 - 1:200IF Mocroscopy: 1:100 - 1:200

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).

Concentration: 0.5 mg/mL

Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 0.05 % (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative and 10 mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA), IgG and Protease free, as stabilizer.

Stockage commentaire: Store vial at 4 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50 % and then aliquot contents and freeze at -24 °C or below. This antibody is stable for one month at 4 °C as an undiluted liquid.
