Indications d'application: Suitable for Immunomicroscopy and Flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as otherantibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.

Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Stockage

Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).

Concentration: 1.0 mg/mL

Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 containing 10 mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01 % (w/v) Sodium Azide, 0.01 % Thimerosal as preservative.
