Attributs du produit: This antibody reacts specifically with mouse IgG2a of Igh-C [b] haplotype (e.g., C57BL/6, C57BL/10, NOD, SJL). It has been reported not to react with IgG2a of the a, c, d, e, f, g, h, j, n, o, or p haplotypes (e.g., A, AKR, BALB/c, C3H/He, C58, CBA, DBA/1, DBA/2, NZB, SWR). Molecular genetic analyses suggest that the Igh-1 [b] allele, which encodes IgG2a [b], is derived from a locus found in several wild mouse subspecies, but not domestic mice, which encodes the IgG2c isotype.
