Usage: Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Golden Syrian Hamster IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
