Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Rat IgG, Rat IgG F(c) and Rat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), Rat IgG F (ab')2 or Bovine, Horse and Human Serum Proteins.

Usage: Suitable for Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy. ELISA: 1:15000 to 1:90000 using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
