Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase, anti-Goat Serum, Rat IgG, Rat IgG Fc and Rat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), Rat F (ab')2 or Bovine, Horse, and Human Serum Proteins.

Usage: Suitable for Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:1000 to 1:5000 using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
