Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA (1:5000 - 1:20000), IHC, WB

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:5000-1:20000, 1 μg of porcine IgG F (ab')2 was used in a standard capture ELISA with ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
