Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA (1:10000 - 1:40000), IHC, WB

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot (Western or Dot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:10000-1:40000, 1.0 μg of Chicken IgM was used in a standard capture ELISA with ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
