Réactivité croisée (Details): Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), and anti-Rabbit Serum.  Solid phase adsorption(s) against a panel of Mouse IgG kappa, IgM kappa and IgA kappa proteins was performed.  Specificity was confirmed by ELISA.. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1 % cross reactivity against other mouse or human heavy or light chain isotypes.

Indications d'application: Application Note: Anti-Mouse λ Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugated Antibody has been tested by ELISA and is assayed against 1.0 μg of Mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate code # NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.  A working dilution of 1:1,000 to 1:2,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.  Immunohistochemistry Dilution: 1:200 - 1:1,000 Western Blot Dilution: 1:500 - 1:2,500 ELISA Dilution: 1:2,000 Other: User Optimized
