Indications d'application: Application Note: This antibody is supplied in 0.01M Sodium Phosphate, 0.25M NaCL, pH : 7.6. Anti-Bovine IgG (heavy and light chain) Antibody is peroxidase conjugated and is suitable for immunoassays where specificity to bovine immunoglobulin is desired. Antibody has been tested by ELISA, western blot immunoblot, and immunohistochemistry. Optimal concentrations in immunoassays should be determined by the researcher. Bovine IgG (H&L) Antibody Peroxidase Conjugated detects Bovine Immunoglobulin G. Immunoglobulin G, IgG, are antibody molecules. Each IgG is a hetereotetramer composed of four peptide chains - two heavy chains and two light chains. Each IgG has two F(ab) antigen binding sites.
