Stockage

Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).

Concentration: 1.0 mg/mL

Buffer: 0.02 M Sodium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 0.01 % (w/v) Gentamicin as preservative and 10 mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer.

Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.

Stockage commentaire: Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. This product is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage reconstitute product with 50 % glycerol instead of water and then aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below.
