Réactivité croisée (Details): Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgM and Mouse Serum.  No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c). No reaction was observed against other mouse heavy or light chain proteins.

Indications d'application: Application Note: F(ab')2 Anti-Mouse IgM (mu chain) Alkaline Phosphatase Antibody has been tested by ELISA and is assayed against 1.0 μg of Mouse IgM in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:2,000 to 1:8,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for F(ab')2 Anti-Mouse IgM (mu chain) Antibody.
