Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000. Western Blot: Approximately 43 kDa band observed in human breast lysates and in lysates of human breast tumor (calculated MW of 37.8 kDa according to NP_009106.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Pearce et al, J Biol Chem. 2007 Jul 13,282 (28) :20104-15., PMID: 17502376). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL.
