Immunogène Fusion protein of human IgG Fc fragment.
Clone EM-07
Isotype IgG1
Specificité The antibody EM-07 reacts with Fc part of human IgG heavy chain and with isolated Fc fragments.
Réactivité croisée (Details) The antibody EM-07 does not crossreact with IgM.
Purification Purified from hybridoma culture supernatant by protein-A affinity chromatography.
Pureté > 95 % (by SDS-PAGE)
Sujet Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a 150 kDa soluble protein that serves as a major effector molecule of the humoral immune response in man. Its concentration in blood plasma of healthy individuals is approximately 10 g/l, which accounts for about 75 % of the total plasma immunoglobulins. IgG has the highest stability of blood immunoglobulins (T1/2 = 21 days) and is able of placental transfer. IgG is secreted by plasma cells at a comparably high rate as other immunoglobulins.
Poids moléculaire 150 kDa
Domaine de recherche Immunology, Secondary Antibodies
Indications d'application Western Blotting:
Application note: The peroxidase conjugate of this antibody is suitable for detection of human IgG Fc fragments by WB.
ELISA:
Application note: The peroxidase conjugate of this antibody is suitable for detection of human IgG Fc fragments by ELISA.

Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Concentration 1 mg/mL
Buffer Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.4
Agent conservateur Sodium azide
Précaution d'utilisation WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Conseil sur la manipulation Do not freeze.
Stock 4 °C
Stockage commentaire Store at 2-8 °C. Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label.
