Indications d'application
-
Approved: IHC, IHC-P (3.75 μg/mL), Peptide-ELISA (1:32000)
Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 70kD band in Human Adipose and Uterus lysates after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 58.7kD according to NP_068741.1. The 70kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. -
