Specificité
- This antibody reacts with CD193. The antibody has also been reported to inhibit chemotactic migration of monocyte-derived DCs to RANTES (Ref.4). It suppresses the capacity of monocyte-derived DCs to stimulate allogenetic TCs proliferation and TCs derived IFN-γ secretion (Ref.4).

Sujet
- Dendritic cells (DCs) are major antigen presenting cells (APCs) capable of stimulation resting T cells (TCs) in the primary immune response and are more potent APCs than peripheral blood monocytes or B cells. Several CC and CXC chemokines receptors were found to be expressed on some DCs and these molecules have been implicated to mediate in part the trafficking of DCs from blood to tissues and then to lymph nodes, where they form a close association with TCs in the process of antigen presentation. Recent studies have shown that CD191/CCR1 and CD193/CCR3 are potentially involved in antigen-presenting cell function of human DCs.Synonyms: C-C CKR-3, C-C chemokine receptor type 3, CC-CKR-3, CCR-3, CKR3, CMKBR3, Eosinophil eotaxin receptor
