Immunogène: Mouse macrophage precursor cells. The antigen is a glutaraldehyde (0.05%) and paraformaldehyde (1%) resistant 140kD surface glycoprotein (reducing and non reducing conditions). The antigen expression closely follows that of CD34.

Indications d'application: Immunohistochemistry on acetone fixed Frozen Sections (1/1600 = 0.4 μg/mL)and Formalin Fixed Paraffin Sections (1/40 = 15 μg/mL). Antigen Retrieval: Proteinase K. Suggested Positive Control: Mouse spleen. Has been described to work in FACS analysis: 4 μg/mL.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Reconstitution: Restore with 0.5 mL distilled water (0.6 mg/mL stock solution).

Concentration: 0.6 mg/mL

Buffer: PBS, pH 7.2 containing 5 mg/mL BSA as a stabilizer and 0.05 % Kathon as a preservative.
