Specificité: Shows only the Scl-70 precipitate band when tested using double immunodiffusion against rabbit thymus extract. Specificity is verified by identity of precipitation with CDC-AF reference serum. The titer obtained will vary with the test system, however, undiluted antibody shows a strong Scl-70 precipitate band. Product shows no reactivity at a dilution of 1:100 when tested against purified SSA, SSB, Sm, Sm/RNp and Jo-1 antigen in an ELISA system designed to detect all IgG subclasses.

Purification: Precipitation of Ig fraction from delipidized and defibrinated human plasma.

Stockage commentaire: Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. Restore with deionized water (or equivalent), centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage reconstitute product with 50% glycerol instead of water and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20 °C or below.
