Specificité: This antibody is specific for Human elastin. Cross-reactivity in RIA at 1:500 dilution: human collagen type I, II, III, IV, V < 0.1 %, human fibronectin < 0.1 % . Cross reaction with rat < 0.1 %.

Immunogène: Purified elastin from human skin

Information d'application

Indications d'application: IF: 1: 80. IHC: 1: 500 for paraffin sections, 60 min at RT or 2-8C over night. ELISA: > 1: 200. RIA. Positive control: Human skin or aorta. Pretreatment: After de-waxing the tissue slices they are treated with 0.2 % hyaluronidase(app.300 U/mg) in TBS 15 min at 37C. There after non-specific binding is blocked byblocking serum or 3 % BSA in TBS. For peroxidase systems blocking with 1 % peroxidesolution in TBS for 30 min at RT is recommended.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 0.5 mL distilled water. For further dilution use appropriate antibody diluent.

Concentration: App. 1 mg/mL

Buffer: Phosphate buffered solution, no BSA and preservative added
