  • Indications d'application
Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity ofHuman MCP-4 (100 ng/mL), a concentration of 0.8-1.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μL/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 μg/mL of thisantibody will detect at least 100 pg/mL of recombinant human MCP-4 when used withBiotin anti-human MCP-4 antibody (cat. AP01117BT) as the detection antibody at aconcentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 μg/mL. Western Blot: To detect Human MCP-4 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be usedat a concentration of 0.20-0.40 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondaryreagents the detection limit for recombinant hMCP-4 is 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, undernon-reducing conditions.
    Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

    Sujet
    Human macrophage/monocyte chemotactic protein 4 (MCP4) is a member of the b-chemokine family (C-C) of Cytokines. Like Eotaxin, MCP4 is a powerful eosinophil chemo-attractant. Additionally, like MCP3, MCP4 elicits chemo-attraction of monocytes and T lymphocytes.Synonyms: C-C motif chemokine 13, CCL13, CK-beta-10, MCP4, Monocyte chemotactic protein 4, NCC-1, NCC1, SCYA13, Small-inducible cytokine A13
