    Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against purified and partially purified Lactoperoxidase [Bovine Milk]. Cross reactivity against Lactoperoxidase from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.

  • Indications d'application

    Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western Blot: 1/2,000-1/10,000, or Dot blot), ELISA(1/18,000-1/75,000), Immunoprecipitation and most immunological methods requiringhigh titer and specificity.

    Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

    Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20 °C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
