NLRC4 responds to cytosolic flagellin, murine NLRP1b responds to anthrax lethal toxin, AIM2 responds to cytosolic DNA and NLRP3 responds to a variety of agonists including crystals.

Purification: Purified from concentrated hybridoma tissue culture supernatant.
