- AA 6-18
-
Séquence
- Peptide sequence: R-R-A-R-V-G-S-P-S-G-D-A-A-C
-
Specificité
- This is an affinity purified antibody produced by Immunoaffinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide after immobilization to a solid phase.
-
Purification
- Immunoaffinity chromatography.
-
Immunogène
- This affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 6-18 of Human POLM µ (DNA polymerase mu). POLM µ is a template-directed terminal deoxynucleotidetransferase that shows a preferential expression in proliferating lymphoid cells.

Indications d'application
-
This affinity purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA against the immunizingpeptide. Reactivity in other immunoassays is unknown. This product has been assayed byELISA against 0.1 μg of the immunizing peptide. A 1: 33,000 to 1: 135,000 dilution of the antibody is recommended for this assay.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -

Sujet
- DNA ploymerase mu is a template directed terminal deoxynucleotidetransferase that shows a preferential expression in proliferating lymphoid cells. It seems to act as an Ig mutase which is responsible for immunoglobulin (Ig) gene hypermutation.Synonyms: POLM, Pol Mu, Tdt-N, TdtN
