ELISA: 1:20 - 1:200. Radioimmunoassays. Immunohistology on frozen and paraffin sections: 1:500 - 1:1000, This product does require antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections, 1 mM EDTA pH 8.0 is recommended for this purpose. Recommended Positive Control: Human Pituitary.
Other applications not tested.
