This antibody is specific for the soluble form of human CD154, also designated CD40L (sCD40 Ligand), a member of the TNF receptor superfamily, comprising the full-length of the TNF homologous region of CD154.
ELISA (direct ELISA, 0.5 μg/mL). Western blot (0.1 - 0.2 μg). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
